What do you need?
1.5 glass wholemeal flour
Third glass of oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 tablespoons dried thyme or zaatar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons of flax seed or sunflower or any other grain
about 1.5 glass of water
200 g of a mixture of carrots and peas
1 Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
2 Transfer to a greased mold and bake 30-35 minutes at 180 C
