Radish’s leaves pesto

Once again, we run a promotional campaign for radish leaves, which usually end up in the trash. But it’s enough to wash them well, season and they’ll taste great!

Today we have prepared pesto of radish’s leaves, roasted sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic and yeast flakes, which you can easily replace with the Parmesan cheese.

Radish leaves pesto
preparation time: 10 minutes

What do you need?
2 handfuls of well-washed radish leaves
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons of good olive oil
1 heaping tablespoon of yeast flakes / parmesan

salt

If you serve it with the pasta prepare also:
Any pasta, cooked al dente
4-5 dried tomatoes, cut into strips

3 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds

Pasta:
2 Sauté fresh leaves with garlic in hot oil – about 3 minutes. Salt to taste.
3 Mix the pasta with pesto, fried leaves, tomatoes and sunflower seeds. You can garnish it with Parmesan cheese or yeast flakes.
