Today we have prepared pesto of radish’s leaves, roasted sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic and yeast flakes, which you can easily replace with the Parmesan cheese.

What do you need?
2 handfuls of well-washed radish leaves
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons of good olive oil
1 heaping tablespoon of yeast flakes / parmesan
4 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
If you serve it with the pasta prepare also:
Any pasta, cooked al dente
4-5 dried tomatoes, cut into strips
2 handfuls radish leaves
clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
1 Blend pesto ingredients to a smooth paste.
2 Sauté fresh leaves with garlic in hot oil – about 3 minutes. Salt to taste.
3 Mix the pasta with pesto, fried leaves, tomatoes and sunflower seeds. You can garnish it with Parmesan cheese or yeast flakes.
