Tart with feta cheese and vegetables
What do you need?
100 g feta
cup of Greek yogurt/ labneh
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, shredded
handful of olives
teaspoon fresh thyme. shredded
tablespoon dried oregano
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
1 Line your form with ready pastry.
2 Fry onions in olive oil, add peppers and simmer until tender.
3 Mix all ingredients for the filling, spread over the cake.
4 Bake for about 30 minutes at the temperature of 180 C.
Can be served warm or cold.
